Terms
Terms & conditions
The terms for booking sessions and ordering mixes through this website.
Who we are
Kreative Studios is owned and operated by Kreative Audio. You can reach us at hello@kreativeaudio.co.uk.
How booking works
- Sending a booking request or mix order is free and isn't a contract yet. We'll look at it and tell you whether we can take it on.
- If we accept, we'll send you a secure Square payment link by email and text. Your booking is confirmed once you've paid.
- For studio and mobile sessions, pay within the time shown on your payment link, and always before the session. Approved sessions that aren't paid in time are released.
- For remote mixes, we need your files before we can accept your order.
Studio and mobile sessions
- Sessions at Pirate Studios Birmingham are engineering sessions and don't include the room: book it with Pirate Studios for the same time.
- Mobile sessions take place at the address you give us, so make sure we can set up there.
- Please arrive on time so you get the full session you've booked.
Remote mixes
- Delivery time counts from payment and is shown when you order.
- Revisions are included as listed for your mix.
- Faster delivery or extra work can be agreed and paid for separately.
- We send your finished files through a private link. Files are deleted 30 days after the job is finished, so download and keep your own copies.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on the site when you book.
- Payments are processed securely by Square. We never see your card details.
Cancellations and refunds
- If we have to cancel a paid session, or can't complete a paid mix, we'll refund you in full.
- If you need to cancel or move a session, tell us as early as you can.
- As a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, we'll deduct the cost of any work already done, and once the service is complete you can no longer cancel.
Your music
- Your music stays yours. By sending it, you confirm you have the right to let us work on it.
- We won't share or use your recordings without your permission.
Our responsibility
- We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill.
- We're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for delays caused by things outside our control.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your information
How we use your personal information, and how long we keep it, is explained in our privacy policy.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them; the version on this page when you book applies.
